Who i am
I'm Liza Heid, a leadership advisor and executive coach with 15+ years leading talent and organizational strategy inside high-growth global consumer brands, including Alo Yoga and URBN. I have formal training from Harvard's executive coaching program and I am Clifton Strengths certified.

Discovery &
Fit
We start with a conversation about where you are and what you are working through. I ask direct questions about your role, your team, your personal circumstances and the pressure points that brought you here. Not everyone is a fit for this, it comes down to whether you're willing to do the work.

Assessment & Roadmap
Once we have confirmed it's the right partnership, I use tools like CliftonStrengths and the Enneagram, along with 360 feedback surveys and biometric data from tools like the Oura ring, to build a clear picture of how you operate. We go over the results together in an intensive analog session, so the feedback actually lands. From there we set a roadmap with clear, actionable goals.

The Work
This is the core of the engagement across three, six, or twelve month sessions. We meet on a regular cadence, work through the decisions that actually matter, and I give you a direct read on what I see. I bring structure when the moment calls for it and step back when you have already got it handled. Every session is built around the real pressure you are facing that week.

Progress & Adjustment
We check in regularly on what is shifting and what still needs work. Engagements are not static, they evolve with what you are facing. When something is not working, we adjust it. When something is working, we go deeper.
